We have two cats who are indoor/outdoor cats. When
they were kittens we purchased a 4 foot high cat stand
with the center post wrapped in sisel rope. My husband
has a leather chair and neither one of our cats has
ever clawed the chair. They both claw on their stand
as well as trees in the woods behind our house.
I feel declawing is inhumane and am totally opposed to
the procedure.
