I have 2 cats that are both declawed (just front) They are totally fine. I can tell no difference between them from before and after the were declawed. Other than they don't destroy the furniture. They still try and scratch it and the carpet and everything they can get their paws on, they just don't cause any damage.
I would encourage anyone that worrys about their cat destroying thier furniture or gettting trimmed to go ahead and declaw them.
Oh and people that say I'm inhumane, DON'T. I saved our 2 cats from being put to death. What is more humane 2 dead cats or 2 very happy indoor cats that have no claws.
2 claws is better than no claws at all.
