You could try removing the stressor if you know what it is that sets her off. Otherwise, and this will upset some people, declaw the cat. You can't spend your life coning, medicating and rearranging the furniture to keep her from stressing. What about the health of the owner? Just have the offending claws removed and breathe a sigh of relief. Good luck.
